Raoul Haussmann was born in Vienna 1886. He was interested in the emerging expressionist movement in Germany and was a committed staff member of the magazine "Der Strum". I particularly like the surreal aspect of his work and how he has used collage to put something where it doesn't really belong but make you believe it does.
